Marina Lytle, KIA Director.
Marina has earned a BA History and M Ed in Special Education from UNC-Charlotte and an Educational Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership from Union University. She is currently a Doctoral Candidate in Educational Leadership from Liberty University. Her area of focus is the measurement of school related stress among Asian students in International school settings. Marina has 24 years of educational experience that include teaching from grade 1 through University level and administrative positions and she holds state licensure from TN and NC in SPED K-12 and Administrative Licensure in TN. She is considered Highly Qualified in Gradesk-5. In addition she has served as Vice President of Operations for an organization that runs both in and outpatient facilities for chronic male offenders from the ages of 12 to 21.

Jenny is a graduate of Si Chuan University in Chinese Language and literature. She also studied at the Talbot School of Biola University in United States for six years. Jenny is the Directors Assistant in KIA.
